Hello.

I have spent over 25 years in the DC market creating national campaigns that launched products, changed behavior, ignited advocacy efforts and improved the public’s welfare. A proven leader with a long history of delivering best-in-class, integrated marketing solutions to complex issues. Built long-lasting client relationships, increased agency revenue, won multi-million dollar business and nurtured creative teams to develop their true potential.

I have helped launch everything from Coliseums and Crayola crayons to Prematurity Awareness Day for March of Dimes. Throughout my career, I have helped American’s quit smoking, get screened for gyn, colon and breast cancer, pay their taxes online, eat healthier, lose weight, get brain healthy, get help for mental illness and prepare for any and all natural disasters. I have worked with celebrities, great directors, talented photographers and illustrators. I have won over 70 industry awards, and hoping to win more, but my passion is making a difference in the lives of people that share this planet with me.

Leadership matters.

I led Ogilvy’s Women’s Leadership Professional Network 2017-2020. Our mission was to champion female talent and leadership. We held quarterly events for the DC community, including speed mentoring, brand workshops, self defense classes and panel discussions. We created this video to bring our manifesto to life and launched it for International Women’s Day in March 2020.

Elevating women.

I was one of thirty women nationally selected to be in Ogilvy’s 30 for 30 program in 2018, an initiative to elevate women leaders within the company. In 2019, I worked with Ogilvy NY to create a film for Ogilvy’s global CEO to showcase the program internationally.

My side hustle.

My daughter founded an e-commerce brand, partypostess.com, last year. We collaborated on the brand, did research and focus groups, styled photoshoots, and launched the website. I am now the assistant party planner on weekends for her luxury birthday parties and weddings.

Speaking up.

I was a speaker and a panelist at the DC ADWeek Conference in 2019. The campaign #22Victories had won multiple awards including Best of Show and I was asked to speak on the creation of the campaign.

I was also a panelist for the discussion about working with government clients called ‘Risk and Reward.’

Fun fact.

I attended my first White House briefing on my birthday several years ago. We had just started working with the CDC and the White House on the Crisis Next Door campaign. This was a presidential program to bring awareness to the opioid epidemic.
