Young people & the pandemic.

50% of young people use social media to get their news. The problem is much of the information about COVID-19 on social media is ill-timed, inaccurate or dangerous. This youth-driven campaign was done with Yale University in May 2020 to encourage young adults to do their part during the pandemic by sharing the CDC’s accurate, up-to-date information on their social platforms. It was also used to create a pipeline of leaders, volunteers and mentors in the face of COVID-19.
